Abbreviated terms of trade 2004/4.
1 Trade is normally by Payment in advance by credit or debit card, although some credit accounts may be opened.
2 The title of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods have been paid for in full. Until then the buyer shall hold the goods as the company’s fiduciary agent and baillee.
3 The risk for the goods shall pass to the buyer at the point of delivery.
4 Prices agreed at time of order will be honoured.
5 Stock items may be returned by negotiation, provided they are in original condition, but a restocking handling charge will be calculated according to the particular circumstances.

Items specially ordered may not be returned nor can they be cancelled 7 days after the ordering date.
6 Shortages, losses and damage to deliveries must be reported to the company within 3 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the company shall have no liability to the buyer.
7 Liability is not accepted for consequences arising from errors in literature issued by the company or its suppliers.
8 Where any claim is made based on an alleged defect in the quality or condition of the goods supplied, the company shall be entitled to replace the goods free of charge, or at the companies discretion refund to the buyer the price of the goods.
9 No claim for exchange or repair can be considered unless the defective product is returned carriage paid to the company supported by:
The reason for the claim, the date of purchase, source of purchase, the order number .
10 Export:
The buyer shall be responsible to complying with any legislation governing the importation of goods and for the payment of duties or taxes thereon.
11 The company’s contracts shall be governed by the laws of England.
12 Guarantee:
For a period of 12 months from the date at which the product was manufactured and sold by the company is delivered to the buyer, the company will exchange or repair at the company’s option any part or parts requiring replacement or repair by reason of defective workmanship or materials.
Every other form of liability, including consequential loss or damage, however caused is hereby expressly excluded.
The company shall not be responsible for any defect which in our opinion is attributable to
Wear and tear.
Improper use, or use not in accordance with accepted practice.
Abnormal corrosive or abrasive conditions.
Non compliance with instructions issued by the company.
Faulty electrical supply or wiring.
